Kolam Competition at G Hotel
Kolam which is also known as Rangoli or Muggu is an ancient folk art. When translated it means “row of colors”. It has a history tracing back to thousands of years. The decorative designs are brightly colored and can be made from a variety of materials including rice flour, colored rice or flower petals. The design can be from a simple geometric one to the most elaborate design.
SENTRAL College Penang is proud of our Diploma in Business Studies students Thivvya and Yashwini who have emerged as first runner-up of the Kolam Competition at G Hotel. Congratulation and well done girls!
