Open House at the Persatuan Tongkat Putih
The Student Ambassador of SENTRAL College Penang organized a Chinese New Year 2020 Open House at the Persatuan Tongkat Putih Pulau Pinang on 16/2/2020. Though CNY is over and we had already celebrated Chap Goh Meh, nonetheless the Open House brought much cheer and joy to the Orang Kelainan Upaya (OKU). It was an effort and time well invested as the students were able to demonstrate and practice being compassionate towards people with special needs. Also present were YB Teh Lai Heng 郑来兴 the ADUN of N28 Komtar and SENTRAL’s CEO/Principal Dr. Chiang Geok Lian whom distributed Hong Bao to all the members of the Persatuan. The students expressed their gratitude for an opportunity to be involved in such a meaningful event.
