By the end of this SENTRAL College’s Supervision in the Hospitality Industry training, participants will be able to:-

The primary objective of this programme is to provide the participant with a basic understanding of the supervisor’s role and responsibilities, a basic yet comprehensive knowledge about the different elements of the supervisor’s job, and a basic awareness and appreciation of the skills, attitudes, and abilities needed to lead and manage people successfully. A firm grasp of these three basics can provide a solid foundation for increasing skills and knowledge on the job and ultimately for achieving success through people at any level of management.
