Tourist Guide Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Register students with MOTAC and JPK for examinations according to their procedures.
  • Prepare timetable, students’ portfolio, class attendance list, file, etc. before intake starts.
  • Organize CTRE and TTEC programmes.
  • To teach certain Tourist Guide modules.
  • Assist marketing in recruitment and counselling of students.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessed a Tourist Guide SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) or equivalent.
  • Possessed a Tourist Guide License.
  • Have at least 1 to 2 year(s) tertiary Education teaching experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with industrial experience will have an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Tourism Management Lecturer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the effective planning, delivery of various tourism management subjects and academic development of the students as well as to provide pastoral care to students.
  • To develop and manage learning modules and to ensure that academic programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality standards.
  • To assess and evaluate students’ performance to ensure that learning objectives have been achieved through summative and formative assessment.
  • To participate in extra curricular activities or other functions as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessing a Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management and preferably with a Master’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1 to 2 year(s) tertiary Education teaching experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Administration

Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Possessed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies, or its equivalent.
  • Possessed a minimum of 1 year related working experience in digital marketing with programming background, and preferably in the education industry.
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC & Facebook Ads preferred.
  • Basic photo and video taking and editing skills preferred.
  • Possess good interpersonal and excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase company website’s page rank, traffic and conversion rates.
  • Manage company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram and Youtube).
  • Maintain and respond to customer’s request in company social media page.
  • Collaborate with graphics designer and other departments to ensure events, activations and key milestones are marketed on social media.
  • Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements end to end, including research, scheduling and reporting.
  • Writing and proofreading related content.
  • Analyse, track and report Facebook, Website, Google analytics and Campaigns.
  • Prepare and present timely reports, study market trends, and implement new or improvise marketing strategy.
Maintenance Assistant

Requirements:

  • Possessed a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with commitment to provide excellent customer service.
  • Possess a class D driving license.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the office equipment and furniture, fixture & fitting in the college, students hostel and other premise (if any).
  • Ensure cleanliness of the premises so as to provide a healthy, clean and conducive environment for students’ and staffs.
  • Ensure a safe working and studying environment by maintaining proper security surveillance and conduct at all times.
  • Proper and orderly moving and arranging of items/furniture/etc. in the classrooms.
  • Setting up/cleaning up rooms for special events.
  • Monitor and coordinate transportation provided by the college to students’ (external party or College’s own transport vehicles and maintenance).
  • Liaise with external vendors/contractors for maintenance works such as Electrician / Plumbers / General Contractors for repairs.
