Academic

IT/Computer Science Lecturer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the effective planning, delivery of various computer subjects and academic development of the students as well as to provide pastoral care to students.
  • To develop and manage learning modules and to ensure that academic programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality standards.
  • To assess and evaluate students’ performance to ensure that learning objectives have been achieved through summative and formative assessment.
  • To participate in extra curricular activities or other functions as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessing a Bachelor Degree and preferably with a Master’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1 to 2 year(s) tertiary Education teaching experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a strong understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.
  • Candidates must be able to teach technical modules with proficiency in relational database structures, research methods, machine learning, Cloud based technologies, scripting languages (i.e. Python, Perl), programing languages (i.e. Java, C/C++, PHP, .NET, SQL).
  • Have experience in Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, HBase, Lucene/Solr), analytics packages (i.e. R, Mahout, Matlab, Octave, Weka) is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with industrial experience will have an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Marketing Lecturer

Non Academic

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase company website’s page rank, traffic and conversion rates.
  • Manage company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram and Youtube).
  • Maintain and respond to customer’s request in company social media page.
  • Collaborate with graphics designer and other departments to ensure events, activations and key milestones are marketed on social media.
  • Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements end to end, including research, scheduling and reporting.
  • Writing and proofreading related content. Analyze, track and report Facebook, Website, Google analytics and Campaigns.
  • Prepare and present timely reports, study market trends, and implement new or improvise marketing strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies, or its equivalent.
  • Possessed a minimum of 1 year related working experience in digital marketing with programming background, and preferably in the education industry.
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC & Facebook Ads preferred.
  • Basic photo and video taking and editing skills preferred.
  • Possess good interpersonal and excellent communication and writing skills.
