Freelance Technical Skills Trainer (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of training programme related to technical skills including, but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), data center and cloud management, advanced microservices architecture, robotics and automation, and advanced cybersecurity system.
  • To develop and manage learning modules as well as to ensure that training programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality standards.
  • To assess and evaluate training participants’ performance to ensure that training objectives have been achieved through assessments.
  • To work closely with corporate training team to develop technical training manuals and materials.
  • To devise and study training needs analysis (TNA) of clients prior to delivering training programmes to ensure training programmes delivered are able to meet or exceed expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent field of study.
  • Have at least 1 to 2 year(s) experience in conducting technical skills training. Candidates who are HRD Corp accredited / MDEC registered trainers will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate in English. Those who can also communicate in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be Malaysian. Those who are permanently based in Penang, Malaysia are encouraged to apply.
