On 21/1/2026, SENTRAL College Penang had the honour of hosting an enriching Health & Wellness Talk. Titled “Healthy Mind, Healthy Life: How Lifestyle Habits (Sleep, Diet, Mindset, and Exercise) Impact Mental Wellness” the session brought to light the powerful connection between our daily routines and mental well-being.
We were delighted to welcome renowned experts Prof. Dr. Bipul Nazir and Dr. Balavendrian Anthony, who shared evidence-based insights on how sleep, diet, mindset, and exercise form the foundation of a balanced and resilient mind. From practical tips on nutrition and sleep hygiene to mindset shifts and movement breaks, our participants left equipped with actionable strategies to integrate wellness into their everyday lives. The session was beautifully complemented by a guided relaxation and light exercise segment, offering a moment of calm and connection.
