Accounting & Finance Workshop: Bridging Theory and Practice
The School of Business and Management, in collaboration with the Deloitte Penang Office, successfully organised an immersive Audit & Excel Training Workshop on 1 October 2025. Led by Mr. Alvin Chang, Audit Partner, and his team, the session provided final-year Accounting and Finance students with a direct link to professional practice.
The workshop delivered practical insights into auditing essentials and process flows, paired with hands-on application of key Excel skills used in real-world engagements. This dynamic combination equipped students with a clear understanding of how digital tools enhance efficiency and accuracy in the field.
