Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders in Business Events – Right Here in Penang!
Today, 21 April 2026, we had the privilege of witnessing something truly inspiring. Thanks to the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) , our Diploma in Tourism Management students from SENTRAL College Penang were invited to the launch of BE Associate: Cultivating Future Leaders for Business Events in Malaysia.
This meaningful initiative is all about empowering the next generation of Business Events professionals—through mentorship, hands-on learning, training, and real industry exposure. It’s incredibly encouraging to see such dedicated efforts to prepare students for the future of our industry.
We are especially proud that one of our very own students was selected to play an active role in the event itself—assisting with operations, supporting coordination, and diving into real-world event duties. Experiences like these don’t just build CVs; they build confidence, professionalism, and industry insight.
