On 18/5/26, the Diploma in Tourism Management students from SENTRAL College Penang stepped beyond the classroom for an immersive field visit to the iconic Pinang Peranakan Mansion.
As part of the Tourism Cultural & Heritage module, students explored the rich beauty of Peranakan culture—and learned first-hand why preserving heritage is essential to sustainable tourism. But that’s not all. They also enjoyed a captivating Peranakan musical theatre performance—an unforgettable fusion of art, history, and storytelling.
